Information we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email address, login method, language preference, billing identifiers, support messages, uploaded images or videos, masks, prompts, selected tool settings, generated outputs, usage logs, device data, IP address, browser information, cookies, analytics events, payment records, and security signals.
Uploaded files and generated outputs
Images, videos, masks, prompts, and outputs are processed to provide the edit you request, display previews, enable downloads, troubleshoot failures, enforce safety rules, and prevent abuse. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload and process it.
Are uploaded images public?
Uploaded images and generated outputs are not published in public galleries, examples, or marketing materials by default. We use uploaded files to process your request and provide the result. If we ever want to use a customer example publicly, we would ask for permission first.
Do we use images to train AI models?
Uploaded images are used to deliver the edit you requested, not to train ProRemover-owned public AI models unless you explicitly give permission. Some AI infrastructure providers may process files as service providers under their own data processing terms.
How long files are stored
Uploaded files and generated outputs may be stored temporarily when needed for processing, preview, download, troubleshooting, account history, abuse prevention, or legal compliance. Retention can vary by tool, account status, provider, and operational requirements. You can contact us to request deletion where available and legally required.
Login and free usage
Some basic image editing flows may be available without creating an account. Features such as credit usage, billing, download history, higher limits, HD export, batch processing, faster processing, or premium models may require an account, credits, or a paid plan.
Encryption in transit
ProRemover uses HTTPS for browser connections so uploads and downloads are encrypted in transit between your browser and the service endpoint. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid uploading highly sensitive files unless you are comfortable processing them online.
How we use information
We use information to operate ProRemover, process AI edits, manage accounts, authenticate users, allocate free trials or credits, deliver downloads, provide customer support, measure performance, improve reliability, prevent fraud and misuse, enforce our Terms of Service, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service updates.
