Security and privacy-first editing

How ProRemover handles image privacy, uploads, and AI processing

This page explains practical safety expectations for uploaded images, generated outputs, account access, encryption in transit, training use, deletion requests, and free plan limits.

Updated May 8, 2026

Images are not public by default

Uploaded files and generated results are not published in public galleries or marketing examples unless you explicitly allow it.

Used for your request

Uploads are used to process the selected edit, provide previews and downloads, troubleshoot failures, enforce safety rules, and prevent misuse.

Clear limits

Basic image editing can be available without complex manual editing. Advanced exports, batch processing, faster queues, or higher limits may require credits or a paid plan.

Are my uploaded photos private?

Your uploaded photos are used to complete your editing request. They are not shared publicly by ProRemover, not added to a public gallery, and not used in public before/after examples unless you give permission.

Do you use uploaded images to train AI models?

Uploaded images are used to process and deliver your requested edit. ProRemover does not use uploaded images to train ProRemover-owned public models unless you explicitly provide permission. Some AI providers may process files as service providers under their own data handling terms.

How long are uploaded images stored?

Files may be stored temporarily when needed for processing, preview, download, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, or account history. Retention can vary by tool, account status, provider, and operational need, and files may be deleted or rotated under storage rules.

Can I delete uploaded images?

You can contact hello@proremover.io to request deletion of account data, uploaded images, or generated outputs where available and legally required. We may need to verify your account or request details before completing deletion.

Is ProRemover safe for personal photos?

ProRemover is designed for private browser-based editing, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid uploading highly sensitive documents, medical records, financial documents, intimate images, or files you do not have rights to process.

Is data encrypted in transit?

ProRemover uses HTTPS for browser connections so uploads and downloads are encrypted in transit between your browser and the service endpoint. You should still use a trusted network and keep account credentials secure.

Do I need to log in?

Some basic editing flows may be available without signing in, while downloads, credit usage, history, billing, higher limits, or advanced features may require an account. The page or checkout flow should explain the requirement before payment.

What are the free plan limits?

Free usage may include image upload, AI preview, and basic download. Paid features may include HD export, batch processing, faster processing, larger file limits, higher usage limits, or premium models. Some advanced features may require credits or a paid plan.
