ProRemover Terms of Service

Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of proremover.io, ProRemover accounts, credits, subscriptions, AI image tools, AI video tools, downloads, and related services. By accessing or using ProRemover, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of images, videos, prompts, masks, text, and other materials you upload. You grant ProRemover a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, display, and create outputs from your content solely as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions required for the content you upload.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse ProRemover or upload content that is illegal, harmful, malicious, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, infringing, privacy-invasive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited. You must not attempt to reverse engineer the service, bypass safety systems, overload infrastructure, scrape at scale, resell access without permission, or use the service to violate third-party rights.
Generated results
AI-edited results may vary depending on the source file, prompt, mask, model, processing queue, and technical limitations. We do not guarantee that every output will be perfect, accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, selling, distributing, or relying on them.
Credits, plans, and payments
Some features may require an account, free trial, credits, a paid plan, or a subscription. Prices, limits, included usage, processing priority, and available models may change over time. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. You authorize applicable charges when you purchase credits, start a subscription, or upgrade a plan.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
If subscriptions are offered, they may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel through the account or billing flow where available. Refunds are handled according to the checkout terms, payment provider rules, applicable law, and our support review. Credits or one-time purchases may be non-refundable once used, delivered, or consumed unless required by law.
Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature, model, price, credit rule, storage period, or access level at any time. We may also impose usage limits, queue limits, file size limits, safety checks, or account restrictions to protect users, payment partners, infrastructure, and service quality.
Content review and enforcement
We may review, reject, block, remove, or limit content, outputs, accounts, or requests that appear to violate these terms, create risk, trigger safety systems, harm the service, or violate law. We may suspend or terminate accounts and refuse future service where necessary.
Intellectual property
ProRemover, including its website, interface, design, software, branding, workflows, documentation, and service components, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of ProRemover to you.
Third-party services and links
The service may rely on or link to third-party providers for payments, authentication, analytics, storage, AI processing, or other functions. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, downtime, model behavior, or services that we do not control.
Disclaimer
ProRemover is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProRemover will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or costs arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ProRemover harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of ProRemover after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
